This Ceylon Dimbula Estate Blend, Broken Orange Pekoe First Quality (BOP1), comes from the Central Western Highland Region of Sri Lanka known for it's consistent quality production. The rather long, wiry leaves brew a balanced smooth tea with an earthy boldness and nice aftertaste. Excellent for iced tea garnished with lemon. Or take with milk as a breakfast or hearty afternoon tea.

You might also try your hand at blending with this tea. It blends with other black teas such as Keemuns and Assams to make a breakfast blend. It also takes flavors from fruits and spices well.
