From Fujan Province comes one of the worlds legendary teas, favored especially by the Russians and the American old west cowboys. It has large leaves and a very smoky aroma and taste, making it a hearty tea often taken with milk and sugar. Some of our customers like it alone, others blend it with Assams, Keemuns or Yunnans for their own breakfast cup.

Smokein'!

Smoke, Black tea. What more do you need. I open the jar and I am transported to the last campfire I was at. Delicious for a cold rainy day. Do be careful drinking it at work, I was drinking it backstage at a show and one of my co-workers kept wondering around trying to figure out what was burning.

The first time I ordered it I blended it with other black teas to give them a little smokiness. This time I'm drinking it on its own and I really like it.

The smokiness of this tea…

Lapsang Souchong.
Absolutely fabulous, the smoky flavor is addictive. Add a little half-and-half or milk, not a sugar person, and it is so delicious. The owner of the company, Jack Strand, recommended that I try it with some milk or half-and-half. Excellent.
Strand Tea Company is the only source for pure teas. They know their products. I have been purchasing from them for a very long time.
Strand Tea is the best.
