    Golden Needles is one of those wonderful hand crafted black teas made in small production lots by a tea farm in the mountains of Yunnan province. Long golden flat leaves come to a point hence the name Golden Needles. The aroma is magnificent, and the tea liquor is rich and smooth. You can enjoy this tea at any time of day in a teapot or your Tea Tiger.  Advanced tea drinkers will love brewing this tea Gongfu style.

The best

This is amazing tea - a pure taste of tea - with an aftertaste - or back of the pallet - honey. You can say - honey tea - or simply wonderful. I had this years ago, and was so glad to see he has it back. My second pound! Yes, pounds.

While this isn't my favorite Strand Yunnan, it's a mellow and very aesthetically pleasing tea. Drinkable all day.
