So good!

This is a special tea -- or tisane. It's organic, wild-grown, and comes from Tibet, one of the most culturally and spiritually important regions in the world, and one of the most threatened. It's the opposite of a caffeine-bearing product from camellia sinensis, in that it promotes relaxation and sleep, rather than waking you up. It's pretty strong, so that it lends itself to being used in combination with other herbs, like spearmint or chamomile, that like to be consumed in the evening. I like it a lot.
