Tai Mu San Green Tea - Organic - what I thought

This was a new one for me, and is quite different from green teas I've had before. I guess I'd describe it as "very Japanese-y" because it's quite light in color (I wondered if it was completely brewed at the end!) and flavor, and yet there IS a distinct flavor. It will be good when you want something light. I'm glad I tried it.

A Green Tea to Savor

I had strayed away from green teas and was only drinking oolongs until I tried Tai Mu San. This is a flavorful, smooth green tea. It is not grassy or bitter when brewed for 3 minutes. Easy to drink, easy to savor.
