    Osmanthus Oolong from the High Mountain Growing Areas of Taiwan is a new edition to our Oolong category. Fresh Formosa Jade Oolong leaves in a Ti Kwan Yin style are scented with Osmanthus Flower Buds for a great taste. Osmanthus Oolong brews a golden yellow light cup with a very pleasing aroma and a taste hard to describe, but somewhat like a Ti Kwan Yin with the slightest hints of lime and vanilla. For a light liquor it lingers on the palate for a surprisingly long time. Try it as an afternoon tea alone or with snacks. At this price we think it is a real bargain in this quality of Oolong. Steep two or three times for delicate flavors and fragrances.

This one is hard to beat -- a really good mountain Oolong with no bitterness whatever, and that almost indescribable touch of Osmanthus flavor and aroma. It's one of the few teas that I brew straight (and often!), as you don't need to blend anything else into it ever.

Delicious Floral Oolong

I like this oolong for its floral notes which are ever-present, but not over the top. I would agree with the description that there is a hint of citrus and vanilla. Some oolongs lack flavor, but this one is full of it and keeps me coming back.
