The San Xia Pre Qing Ming (early Spring Festival) Bi Lou Chun 2026 harvest  just arrived.  Bi Luo Chun is a limited production tea each year. 

This excellent Bi Luo Chun from Jiangsu Province (the true home of Bi Luo Chun)  is considered 'competition grade' among the local Chinese. The tea liquor is a treat for the Green Tea lover.

Sometimes called 'Green Spring Snail' the leaf set is medium green made from the top 2 leaves surrounding the bud. When brewed the leaves are bright green. Picked and processed by hand, It requires great skill to make this tea.

Brewing Bi Luo Chun can take some skill to enhance the taste. Some tea professionals recommend adding the leaf to the water letting the leaves slowly sink to the bottom instead of the traditional method of pouring water over the leaves. Try to keep the water temp around 170 degrees F.
