Spiritually Refreshing Removing Fat

Compared to gyokuro green tea it is a similar flavor profile but a hair lighter. This tea always puts me in a good mood and keeps me there even if difficulties arise. Besides the mood lift I have been drinking it as part of a cutting body fat routine. Drinking it plain on an empty stomach in a fasted state prior to working out or a walk. Yerba mate assists your body mobilizing fat so it can be easily removed once your body is primed to burn it.
